He has experience litigating shareholder, estates, franchise and executive employment disputes. Danny also defends dealers in OMVIC prosecutions. He acts in court and mediations and arbitrations under the National Automobile Dealer Arbitration Plan (“NADAP”). Danny is a frequent speaker on the Construction Act, prompt payment and adjudication.ĭanny regularly acts for automotive dealers and dealer groups across Canada in disputes with OEMs including termination, buy/sells, imaging, performance and audits. He is intimately familiar with CCDC, PPP and other construction contracts. His research explores transport and reaction in electrochemical systems, including the performance of complex electrodes used in energy storage and conversion.
